This notice covers the website. It does not cover the paperwork you sign in the shop or anything your insurance carrier does with a claim.

When you request an estimate, the form sends your contact and vehicle details, any selected service, and relevant service or location context to the shop. The request also records your consent to a callback or text and the time it was submitted.

We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, your driver's licence, your policy number or any payment details through this website. If a page ever asks you for those, it is not us.

The website application does not use the following features:

• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no heatmaps, no session recording.
• No advertising pixels. Nothing reports your visit to Meta or anyone else for advertising.
• No customer accounts, sign-in or saved customer profiles.
• We set no cookies of our own.

Location maps are embedded from Google Maps. When a map loads, your browser contacts Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google's handling of that information is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Maps are configured to load lazily, but your browser decides when to request them and may do so before they appear on screen. A video demonstration page also loads video and font files from external providers; those requests share technical information needed to deliver the files.

The quote form sends your request to the shop's inbox through Resend. The application does not add quote requests to a customer database, CRM or marketing list. The following providers support the website and its delivery:

Resend

Delivers the email. It handles the message in transit.

Our hosting provider

Serves the pages and runs the form. Technical information such as IP addresses and request or error logs may be processed for operation, security and troubleshooting.

Google

Provides the embedded location maps. The quote form does not send your submitted details to Google Maps.

Media and font providers

Deliver external video and font files on the demonstration page and receive the technical information associated with those requests.

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or hand it to a lead broker. If you ask us to file an insurance claim, we give your carrier what the claim needs and nothing more.

Ticking the consent box on the estimate form means we may call or text the number you gave us about that estimate and the work it leads to. It is not a condition of buying anything — you can leave it unticked and phone us instead, and you will get the same price. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop calls, say so on the phone or write to exceptionalautoglass@gmail.com. We keep a record of when consent was given because the law expects us to be able to show it.

Quote emails stay in the shop's inbox while we are working with you and for as long as the warranty on your installation may be claimed, since the record of what was fitted matters years later. Enquiries that never turn into a job are deleted on request, and otherwise cleared out periodically.

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form for this and no waiting period we can hide behind — call the shop or send an email.

California residents have rights under the CCPA to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Contact us to make a request about your personal information.

This site is for people arranging vehicle glass work. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If we add anything that collects data — analytics, a booking system, a chat widget — this page changes before it goes live. The date at the top is the date of the current wording.
